The hospital discharge process can be stressful and frustrating to patients and their families alike. When discharges are poorly planned, families are coerced to make critical care decisions at the last minute, placing immense pressure on families to make critical decisions without sufficient time or information for choices to be informed.

Participants will learn who is eligible for Medicare, coverage options and the different plans available. Presentation is followed by case studies and discussion by attendees.

Sangeeta’s focus is on a personalized and customized plan of care. Participants will learn about different therapies; how less invasive therapy may be helpful to the patient before more invasive procedures.
