About This Course
This course will cover the tools needed to convert your passion for practicing patient advocacy into a successful private patient advocacy business. Many people come to patient advocacy because of the fear or frustration they have experienced as healthcare providers or patients within the health care system. They have a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families and want to positively affect their health care experience and outcomes. However, this passion doesn’t always translate into a successful advocacy business hopeful advocates give up when they aren’t able to do the work they want to do. The Bridge Health Advocates was founded to bridge that gap between passion and practice. We will discuss how to take that passion and transform it into a list of advocacy services, a brand, a networking strategy and more. We do this so that we can have a world in which everyone has access to a health care advocate and is empowered on their journey of health.
